So I finished Akrham City three or four days ago.
Oh my God that...story..that...ending.....FJDSKLFDJKLSF. So frickin beautiful. I can only hope to be that clever someday. Uugh. And the ending was ...kind of powerful, actually. Left me speechless for a bit. Just. Seriously, guys. I could go on. xD I can't wait to play story mode again, but, first I have to go around the city and complete all the side missions and solve all of Riddler's riddles and crap. And I haven't even played on Riddler's campaign modes yet. FFFF. There's still so much to doooo.
My only complaint so far is that Robin (Tim Drake)'s voice actor didn't seem to transfer into his campaign/Riddler challenge maps. They got him for a small chunk of the story mode gameplay, but they couldn't keep him around to make snarky comments for his challenge maps? <xD That's depressing. That also means that when I get Nightwing's challenge maps, Dick won't be running around making bad puns and crap. THIS MAKES ME A SAD PANDA. I like Dick's bad puns and crap. I've still got my fingers crossed for a Red Hood challenge map or a Cassandra!Batgirl challenge map. Frickin awesome. But DC still seems to be trying to make us forget that Cass exists. So.
Also: the Arkham City soundtrack is freaking amazing.
But I'll stop talking about it and talk about important things now. Yes.
I'm gonna be picking up art trades again, I'm SO sorry it's taken this long, but, I haven't forgotten, I swear. >xD;; But yeah, I'll start working on those tonight along with a few of the other things I have to get done soon. I'm going to be a jerk and prolong the next Drip page until next week since Arkham's held most of my attention this week and also yesterday was Thanksgiving. HOPE YOU GUYS HAD A GOOD THANKSGIVING, BTW. I'm going to be going back to work next week, and I have no idea what my schedule is going to look like. I dunno if Mike's going to have me working night shifts or day shifts or ...whatever and whenever. I'm supposed to call him tomorrow afternoon. Either way, that's going to take up my time. And from this afternoon on, I'm going to try scheduling my days out so I actually can get a lot of crap done while I'm home throughout December. I have a Christmas comic I really want to actually complete this year and of course there's Drip and then art trades and then I'm going to try practicing gesture and figure drawing at least 4 or 5 times throughout the day. And then of course I only have a few more days to get NaNoWriMo done and ....fffff. I'm almost to the half-way point of needed words and the story's just hit the point where things begin to really pick up. I suck at writing.
I really like to put myself through a lot of unnecessary stress.
There just isn't enough time for anything. Ever. I'm just going to start staying up unGodly late and getting up unGodly early.
Make time.
I have enough coffee for it.
And somewhere in all this work, I still need to make time to continue watching Doctor Who, Supernatural, the Haven Christmas special when it comes out on the 16th, and...what else am I watching, I already forgot. And also read stuff because I don't read enough.
~Sockless-Sheep is right, I really don't know the meaning of 'lazy' or 'relax'.
To be honest, I really haven't been eating anything the past week. I've just been snacking. Thanksgiving is the most I've eaten since I got home... I've just had other things to do that demand more time than what it takes to cook things. ...should really take care of that.
Anyway, I really should go get some actual dinner, engulf that and then take a shower and get back to work. Gotta finish some thumbnails to see what I'm up against, do a few Ask Ravens and get an art trade finished.
Take a break and play some Arkham City around midnight or something and find another 5 or 6 Riddler trophies and then maybe he'll give me the riddle to find the next medic I can rescue. ...or maybe the 'Identity Thief' will strike again...he's been quiet lately...
